The summer in Kyoto is going to start with “An Evening at MM with Hayashido”.

The 4th concert of Hayashido at Manga Museum is going to be held on 17th of July this is also the day for a parade in the Gion Festival, the Yamaboko Junko (山鉾巡行）.

This year we are going to explore the relationship between a mask that appears in Noh (能) which is a form of Japanese traditional musical theater and figures that are exhibited in the exhibition “The Genealogy of Figurines” by listening to the Hayashi ensemble.

There a concert of Hayashido on the 1st of August at Kyoto concert hall.
