Genga'Dash exhibition “Illusory Travel of Watanabe Masako and Kai Yukiko” starts this weekend.

This year's Genga'Dash exhibition is coming soon. Genga'Dash is an elaborate duplication of an original manga. It even shows you the texture of paper and strokes of the blushes.


This exhibition futures Shojo manga.

This year we will be showing Watanabe Masako who has been drawing since the period of Akahon manga and Kashihon manga. She has a variety of styles from horror to lady's comics.

Another artist is Kai Yukiko who worked for only 5 years as an artist before she died. She entertained us so much in such a short time with such a variety of work for example SF fantasy and Nou.

Of course you will be able to see some of this project leaders Takemiya Keiko's works too.


The exhibition will be held at Kinokuniya Gallery in Shinjuku Tokyo not in the museum.


We are preparing for the exhibition in Kyoto right now. Everything is ready for the journey to Tokyo.

There is a special talk show on the first day (August 21st). Watanabe Masako and Kai Yukiko's sister Hatsu Akiko also Takemiya Keiko will be there to talk.We aren't supplying the ticket but please don't come to early to cue up.
