The movie “Ohoku”...

The movie “Ohoku”which was originally a serial manga from manga magazine “MELODY” (drawn by Yoshinaga Humi) is going to be in cinemas from October 1st.

The story of “Ohoku” is about the reversal between men and women in the Edo period. Many famous and experienced actors are in the film so surely many girls are looking forward to see this movie.

We have a large poster of this movie at the entrance area on the first floor of the museum.

We have reprinted work by Yoshinaga sensei and also the original story manga of “Ohoku”. We also have an English translation.

Don’t miss the panels behind poster. You can see memorable scenes from the movie.

We also have an “Ohoku” stamp rally you can do by traveling on the Kyoto city subway until October 11th , Manga Museum is one of 6 points.
