Louvre museum at the Manga Museum .

We are now holding an exhibit, “BD and Manga meets Louvre : French and Japanese artists in the Museum”.

This project was to publish books of selected BD artists works about the Louvre Museum . Of course you can read those books here too.

It is dark inside gallery to protect the art works. They look like floating. A good atmosphere will surround you and there is a reading section too.
This photo shows how we set up the exhibit.

A live painting event was held on Saturday November 6th.

Nicolas de Crecy. Marc-Antoine Mathieu and Eric Liberge were here. The audience was excited to see something so rare.

Afterwards they kindly let us take molds of their hands. You will be able to see them through the window at the exclusive director’s room.

We have the books you can read in the gallery in the shop too.

BD and Manga meets Louvre will finish on Friday December 3rd so don’t miss it!

Now we can announce another venue in Yokohama too. It will start Monday December 6th until Friday 17th.
The venue is called “BankART Studio NYK 1F Mini Gallery” (Bashamichi station on Minatomirai line).
