Golden week has come!

Golden week is one of Japanese holiday and it's the best season for the ones who like going out but also reading manga!

We have a large garden where you can enjoy comic outside.

It's not so easy to read outside in the winter and summer. People move depending on where sunshine and shadow is when it's cold/hot however golden week is between spring and summer so it's the best weather.

(How it was last year)

Now we have 3 different animals you can enjoy by being outside.

"Koi Nobori" for child day, "Dragon" in the middle and "Phoenix" on the right if you can see it inside museum.

Calligraphy artist Yoshikawa Juichi has been working on manga title logos with Japanese traditional art form. He worked on "Vagabond" (Inoue Takehiko), "Zipang" (Kawaguchi Kaiji) and "Historie" (Iwaaki Hitoshi) that has won Tezuka Osamu cultural award recently. He also performed at the museum in 2009.

"Manga Title Logo and The Aesthetics of Syo"
