We have written about French comics (BD) a few times so we are going to introduce German comics today.

The museum held some events about German comics in the past.

There is a project called "Nichi Man Doku" (Japan Manga Germany) that German artist and Japanese artist upload manga every week for each other so they are like having conversation.

German artist is Dirk Schwieger who has experience of living in Japan and Japanese artist is Matsuoka Waka who has been publishing work on a shojo manga (girls comic) magazine "Margaret". This project is new and it involves audience more. Please read them.
If museum could have events related to this project that would be interesting.
